Addoldy y Bedyddwyr Chapel, Llangollen. 2024

Yet another redundant former chapel in Wales where the congregation has long since departed and the doors closed for good. I can't find any information about this chapel so I have no idea how long is has been abandoned.
A stone plaque on the exterior reads Addoldy y Bedyddwyr 1895 so it may be a safe bet to say that the chapel was erected in 1895 during the reign of Queen Victoria.
The interior is a mixture of preserved original fittings and extensive decay and ruin. The stain glass windows around the circumference of the building have remained intact thankfully however the ceiling rose has seen better days with half of it having crumbled away over the years of neglect. The organ still stands inn situ albeit covered in rubble and dust and the pews are damaged beyond repair having been battered with rubble falling from overhead.
Upstairs was interesting, it looked like a living area maybe for the vicars of the church at the time.
In time, this former chapel will probably be renovated into modern dwelling, ether that or it will just remain as it is and slowly decay further more.
