Red Berry Cottage

Nestled between trees and a little stream this hidden cottage in Llanfyllin, Powys in Wales is as small as a doll's house and looks like something out of a fairytale. The door paint is peeling and the old net curtains have long since been washed let alone opened. The window frames worn by time and fast becoming to weak to hold the glass.

Inside, as could be seen through the windows are belongings left behind and what remains of lives lived inside this tiny little cottage. A Mills and Boon book discarded in one of the out houses maybe read, maybe unread. 

Hiding behind an abandoned Methodist church and vintage red telephone kiosk,  the red berry bushes shielding her from the winds, Red Berry Cottage lies tattered and torn and left behind to  nature and ultimately  may remain an elusive enigma.
